Powder Coating
Powder coating is a process where metal products are covered with a polyester or epoxy powder which is then heated to fuse into a protective layer. This provides a high quality finish which is available in a wide variety of colours.
Design, manufacture & installation
We can work to a customers own specifications or assist with design if required. We offer a full manufacture and fitting service or supply only.
hot dip galvanising
Hot dip galvanizing is the process of coating steel with a layer of zinc by immersing it in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 860 °F (460 °C). This forms a metallurgically bonded coating and can be identified by the crystallised pattern on the surface.

Priming & painting
Products are primed and painted in the spray booth at our workshop in Leeds, using industrial zinc phoshate primer and multi vinyl semi gloss paint.
